It's mainly the pressure. 

The expectations. 

The whole 'I have to do this' or sound this way or I won't be successful. Or that you have to filter what you REALLY want to say because you're worried about who is going to take it the wrong way or might get offended. 

YES, you have to market your business. BUT - you also get to choose what that looks like. And putting more pressure on yourself to try to fit the box of 'it has to be done this way' is going to make it really hard, if not impossible, to achieve YOUR idea of success.
